GRINDERS 

The grinders developed by our company have been specially designed to meet needs of different industries such as pharmacy, cosmetics, agri-food and everywhere we need particule size reductions.

Simple and strong design simplifies the maintenance interventions and reduces the standstill time.

Designed in different dimensions, they can manage a few kilos to several tons an hour.

Several finishes are available. Due to their design, the TECHNOPOUDRE grinding machines type TPB, have a great accessibility to all internal equipment, allowing an easy cleaning.

Hammers plate equipments:

• Plate with several range of hammers

• Primary slotted gear of door

• Sieving screen

USE :

For products especially being worked by shocks, peripheral speed of external hammers can reach 80m/s. The great diversity of punched sheet metal included in the sieving screen allow to get top-down cuts till 500 µm, depending on the physical properties of the product to be crushed.

In some applications, this equipment used without sieving screen can be used as lump breaker or fast crusher.

BLADES PLATE equipments :

• Plate with, according to TECHNOPOUDRE grinder type TPB, 6 to 12 blades

• Protection door chute

• Sieving screen

USE :

For products especially being worked by attrition, peripheral speed of blades can reach 100m/s. The great diversity of punched sheet metal included in the sieving screen allow to get top-down cuts till 100 µm, depending on the physical properties of the product to be crushed.

At low speed, this equipment limits the creation of ultra-fines from crumbly products.

The fan generated by the blades plate allows to recover air frigories to limit the overheating of attrition on thermo-sensitive products. For low cuts or with slightly sticky products, the sieving screen can be free non-stop by the air flow.

PINS PLATE equipments :

• Plate with, according to TECHNOPOUDRE grinder sample type TPB, 3 to 5 ranges of pins per plate

• Mobile plate

• Fixed plate

• Fixed plate support

USE :

For products especially being worked by attrition, peripheral speed of pins can reach 140m/s. Depending on the characteristics of the products, the ductutilities, the particule size of raw product as well as the degrees of abrasivity to the grinding pins of different dimensions can be used made of proper material. The high speed of rotation allow to get top-down cuts till 50 µ, depending on the physical properties of the product to be crushed.

In some applications, this equipment can be used as a fine lump breaker and even as a fast mixing machine.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The TECHNOPOUDRE grinders type TPM with jointed hammers, work essentially by rotary impact. They are generally used for coarse grinding or in preparation on applications where the raw product is too coarse to feed the grinder micronizer (TPB, pendulous, …)

Consisting of a body into two parts, their design allows easy access to grinding equipment.

The rotor is build with jointed hammers moving freely on axis between rings supporting the shaft line.

All grinding equipments, subject to wear on grinders made of cast iron, are made of anti-abrasiv material like manganese steel.

For all applications in chemical industries, the TECHNOPOUDRE grinders type TPM can be made of stainless steel for all parts in contact with the product.

The slack between the armour and the jointed hammers can be adjusted with screws.

The hammers are reversible and can be used in four positions allowing to increase the duration of their life.

The particule size cut is made either with a sieving screen with rungs or with a pierced sheet with round holes.

An escape hatch avoid foreign bodies staying in the grinder.
